摘要
通过对三所转制企业医院的深入研究,阐述了企业医院转制前后运营和提供的医疗卫生服务情况,并论证了企业医院转制的理论意义与实践价值,为今后企业医院更加顺畅的转制提供参考依据。
Through an in-depth study of three enterprise hospitals, this paper presents the operation and health services provision before and ＇,d＇ter transformation its ownership. The theoretical and practical values of hospital＇ s transformation were illustrated. It can give some reference for hospital transformation in future.
