摘要
许多工业部门中存在一方面放热,而另一方面却需热的不合理能量利用构架,具有很大的节能潜力.这些能量利用常规方法很难加以利用,而将目前应用于建筑的热泵根据具体工艺条件加以改造,应用于工业工艺流程之中,能够收回部分废热,并用所回收的热量供给需热的蒸汽锅炉,从而节省大量的能源.从节能角度分析工业热泵应用的可行性,分时段对热泵系统所回收的热量、所消耗的电能、水量进行量化分析,并与原冷水机组系统对比论证.另从环保的角度出发,根据所节省煤量量化得到向大气中减少的污染物排放量.
In many industrial fields,there is an inconsequence energy utility structure,which released energy in one side while needing energy in the other side.These departments owned huge energy-saving potential.The energy could not easily used in a routine way.However,if alter the heat pump using in the construction according to the technical condition,the heat pump can be utilizaed to reclaim part of waste heat in the course of technology.The new system supplies reclaim heat to steam boiler that need.Thus,a lot of energy can be saved.From the energy-saving point of view,this paper analyzes the feasibility of industrial heat pump application through quantitative analysis about the reclaimed heat from heat pump system,the consumption of electricity and water at different times,meanwhile,compared with the chiller system.From the view of environmental protection,it quantified the reduction of emissions to atmosphere according to quantifying the savings of coal.
