摘要
对30例经选择性冠状动脉造影术确诊为冠心病(CHD)的患者进行了红细胞变形能力(ED)的测定,并作了其与血浆脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的相关性分析.结果显示:CHD组患者的ED明显低于对照组[红细胞变形指数(DI_(max)):P<0.001,,红细胞膜变形指数(IDI):P<0.005],IDI与血浆Lp(a)及TC呈负相关.提示:ED的变化可以作为CHD患者的一个临床参考指标,并对CHD的预防及治疗有指导意义.
Erythrocyte deformability(ED) was measured in 30 patients with coronary athrosclerostic heart disease proved by coronary angiography and in 30 normal controls, analized correlation to lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a) ] , total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride (TG) in plasma. ED was significantly lower in CHD than in controls [Deformation Index max (DImax ): p<0.001, Integration Deformation Index(IDI) :P< 0.005) , IDI was negatively correlated to Lp(a)and TC in plasma.The facts suggest ED be served as a clinical reference index and indicate prophylaxis and treatment of CHD significantly.
