水中酚类化合物的高效液相色谱分离与测定 被引量:7

摘要 采用国产GDX502树脂,在酸性(pH=2)条件下,富集水和废水中的酚,然后用碳酸氢钠溶液淋洗树脂去除有机酸,最后用乙腈洗脱,液相色谱仪分离测定了美国环境保护局(EPA)要求的11种酚,其中包括我国优先监测有毒有害有机污染物黑名单中的6种酚。各组分的加标回收率大于85%,变异系数小于15%。当富集水样的体积为1000ml时,各组分的最低检测浓度可达04~11μg/L。 The chromatographic conditions for seperation and detection of eleven phenols in water and wastewater by gradient HPLC with UV detector were studied in this paper.The eleven phenols in water sample were enriched on a GDX 502 resin co lumn with the condition of pH=2,and the organic acids adsorbed on the resin were removed by a NaHCO 3 eluent,then these phenols were eluted by CH 3CN.When the sample volume was 1000ml,the detection limits of these phenols were 0 4~1 1μg/L.The recoveries of all the phenols were higher than 85% and the relative standard deviations were lower than 15%.
