围产期糖皮质激素应用的远期副作用 被引量:4

摘要 现代研究表明,生命早期的环境因素可以影响胎儿或新生儿器官结构和/或功能的变化,且这些变化可能持续终生。糖皮质激素在临床上被广泛用于有早产风险的孕妇以促进胎儿肺成熟。同时,还由于其良好的抗炎作用而被广泛用于治疗新生儿的慢性肺疾病。胎儿和新生儿对糖皮质激素很敏感,生命早期接受治疗剂量的糖皮质激素可对机体生长、器官功能等产生终身影响。本综述系统总结了围产期糖皮质激素的应用对母体、特别是后代机体的生长及重要脏器功能的远期影响。
