在超声功率辅助作用下催化裂化油浆糠醛抽提研究 被引量:5

Study on the Extraction of FCC Slurry by Furfural with Ultrasound Assistance

摘要 重点讨论了超声波对糠醛抽提催化裂化油浆的辅助作用,并对反应温度、剂油比、反应时间、超声波频率等的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,超声波辅助作用下糠醛抽提催化裂化油浆明显优于未加超声波的抽提效果。当剂油比为2:1,超声波作用4min,温度为70℃,超声波强度为8W/cm2,超声频率为28kHz时糠醛抽提催化裂化油浆效果较佳。 The effect of assistance of ultrasound on extraction of FCC slurry by furfural is studied. The influences of reaction temperature, ratio of solvent to oil,reaction time and ultrasonic frequency are researched. The results show that the effect of extraction of FCC slurry by furfural with ultrasound is much better than that without it. And the extraction has optimal effect when the ratio of solvent to oil is 2:1 ,the reaction time is 4min,the reaction temperature is 70% the ultrasonic intensity is 8 W/cm2 and ultrasonic frequency is 28kHz.
