摘要
研究了5种硝态氮与铵态氮配比(NO3∶NH4+=100∶07、5∶255、0∶502、5∶75、0∶100)对黄芩幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:M2处理(NO3-∶NH4+=75∶25)的发芽率和株高最高,同时该处理的SOD、POD活性和硝酸还原酶活性也最强,表明M2(NO3-∶NH4+=75∶25)处理的硝态氮和铵态氮比例是黄芩生长的最佳氮元素配比。
The impacts of five nitrogen ratios treatments M1 (NO3^- : NH4+= 100 : 0), M2 (NO3^- : NH4^+ = 75 : 25), M3 (NO3^- :NH4^+ =50 : 50),M4(NO3^- :NH4^+ =25 : 75) and M5(NO3^- :NH4^+ =0 : 100) on the growth and physiological characteristics were studied. The results showed that the seeding rate and the height of the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi reached the highest,and the activity of SOD,POD and nitrate reductase amounted to the peak value under M2 treatment (NO3^- : NH4^+ =75 : 25) as well. In conclusion, M2 treatment was the best for Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
