摘要
工学结合人才培养模式已成为国际职教界公认的应用型人才培养途径。国内在高职教育工学结合人才培养的内涵认识上还存在许多困惑与问题。通过对国外工学结合人才培养模式的类型、特征及近年来我国工学结合人才培养模式的发展状况进行分析研究,从而对中国语境下的工学结合人才培养模式内涵进行探讨,以期对我国工学结合人才培养模式内涵有清晰的认识。
The talents training mode based on work-study combination is a popular way in vocational education all over the world. However, there are some puzzlement and problems of the connotion of the mode in China because of many concrete reasons. The paper tries to clarify the connotation meaning of talents training mode based on work-study combination in Chinese context by analyzing the types and characteristics of the mode abroad and its situation in China.
