摘要
通过对高职英语教学现状和社会需求的分析,提出高职英语教学与专业教学紧密结合的必要性和可行性。高职英语教学应根据其教学目的和学生特点,更新教学理念,改革教学模式,强化高职特色,将英语教学与职业能力的培养紧密结合,培养学生的英语应用能力,以满足社会需求。
Through analyzing the present situation of higher vocational English teaching and its social requirement, The paper puts forward that it is necessary and feasible to combine the English teaching with the vocational courses in vocational English teaching. According to the teaching purpose and characteristics of vocational college students, we should renovate our teaching ideas and modes, and tightly combine the English teaching with the training of the students vocational skills to meet the needs of the society.
