摘要
职业人文教育是高等职业院校开展的一种形成职业素质、培养职业精神的教育活动。高职院校实施职业人文教育的有效途径包括:确立科学的办学理念;优化人文教育的教学方法;进行专业渗透和课程整合;构建具有职业人文特色的校园文化;建设结构合理的高素质师资队伍等。
The professional humanistic education is a kind of educational activity practiced by higher vocational colleges. Its goal is to form college students professional quality and cultivate their professional spirits. This paper probes into the approach and method of implementing the education, including establishing the school running concepts, optimizing the teaching methods, reorganizing different majors and courses, and constructing the campus culture with professional humanistic characteristics and the teaching team with reasonable structure and high quality.
