摘要
在湍球塔的设备上进行了有机羧酸添加剂强化石灰石湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)过程的试验研究。结果表明,甲酸、苯甲酸的最佳添加浓度为5 mmol/L,己二酸、柠檬酸的最佳添加浓度为10 mmol/L;己二酸的强化作用最强;柠檬酸的缓冲作用最强,尤其在pH为4~5时能更有效地缓冲浆液pH的下降;己二酸和柠檬酸强化脱硫过程可使石灰石的利用率提高近30%,有效降低了脱硫成本。己二酸和柠檬酸都是石灰石WFGD工艺很好的添加剂,但是它们组成的混合酸强化试验达不到单独强化效果的叠加,也没有协同效应。
The intensifying effect of organic acid on wet flue gas desulfurization with limestone has been investigated in a turbulent contact absorber. The results show that the best adding concentration of formic acid and benzoic acid is 5mmol/L. But that of adipic acid and citric acid is 10mmol/L. The enhancement of adipic acid on SO2 absorption is the largest in these additives. The citric acid cushioning effect is strongest. Especially when pH range is 4~5.Adipic acid and citric acid can increase utilization of limestone near 30%. It can effectively reduce the running cost. They are better additives in the WFGD craft. The effects of adpie acid mixed with citric acid are not better than single acid-enhanced experiment and they have not cooperative effect.
