摘要 Elving等认为二氢烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(简称NADH)在玻碳电极上的氧化反应属于ECE过程,如式(1)所示: Oxidation of dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH) at a glassy carbon electrode is investigated in this paper. The oxidation of NADH is a totally irreversible reaction with single electron and obeys the peak current equation for a totally irreversible wave after the electrode surface has been pretreated and washed electrochemically. The diffusion coefficient, transfer coefficient and the rate constants were determined,and the mechanism of oxidation of NADH is also discussed.
