摘要
对通风机应用中的选型设计常见通病进行了分析;介绍了前苏联试验研究输气载尘对通风机性能的影响;对引进英国的高温风机载尘的节能效果进行了验证及应用分析;简介了日本老厂改造低效集尘风机的节能效果。评述了引风机高温载尘进气条件下的不节能的若干问题。提出了选型设计的节能原则,使用风机的节能措施。
In this paper,the common problems in the fan's selection and design are analyzed.The influence of dust containing gas transport on fan's performance researched in the former Soviet Union is introduced.The energy-saving effect of dust containing in high-temperature fan imported from Britain on fan's performance is verified and analyzed.The energy-saving effect of inefficient dust-collecting fan reconstructed by Japan old plant is briefly introduced.Several problems of non energy-saving in fans under the inlet condition with high-temperature containing dust are reviewed.The energy-saving principle of type selection and design is pointed out and the energy-saving measures for fan are adopted.
