复方丹参片联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗肝硬化并发门静脉高压症临床观察被引量：6

摘要目的观察复方丹参片联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊治疗肝硬化并发门静脉高压症疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法将120例肝炎后肝硬化并发门静脉高压症患者随机分为:联合治疗组40例,心得安治疗组40例,及对照组40例,分别给予复方丹参片联合甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊、心得安片及常规对症治疗。应用放射免疫法检测治疗前后血清纤维化指标;对各组病例行电子胃镜和彩超检查,检测食管胃底静脉曲张程度、门静脉内径,对检查检验结果进行统计学分析。结果联合治疗组疗程结束后其食管胃底静脉曲张程度、门静脉内径均明显轻于常规对照组(P<0.01),也轻于心得安组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组血清纤维化指标也优于另2组病例。结论复方丹参片及甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊联合应用,具有一定抑制纤维化作用,并可能有减轻门静脉高压症作用。
