摘要
首先构建质量竞争力评价指标,并从业绩与质量角度分析了我国水产品在美国和日本市场的国际竞争力。结果表明:总体上我国水产品国际竞争业绩呈现强势增长趋势,质量竞争力也有所提升;在日本与美国市场上的竞争业绩都较好,而质量竞争力有所不同。在日本市场上属于中低档产品,质量竞争力较弱,动态上看除"干腌熏鱼"外,其他品种的质量竞争力都有所提升;在美国市场属于低档产品,质量竞争力更弱,除了"鲜、冷藏冻鱼"质量竞争力有所提升外,其他品种质量竞争力均出现了下降。文章就此分析了我国水产品在日本与美国市场竞争力存在差异的原因。
Firstly, quality competitiveness index is formed. This paper analyzes the intemational competitiveness of aquatic products of China in the markets of the U.S. and Japan. The results show that: the performance and quality of the international competitiveness of aquatic products of China have been improved; aquatic products of China in the Japanese market belonged to middle quality products and the quality competitiveness is less, and except for "dry-cured smoked fish" , the quality competitiveness of other products has increased from dynamic angle; aquatic products of China in the U.S. market are low quality products and the quality competitiveness is very weak, and except for "fresh, frozen fish" , the quality competitiveness of other products has decreased. At last, this paper analyzes the causes of competitiveness difference in the markets of the U.S. and Japan.
