摘要
本文介绍了基于改进型SUSAN算子的零件视觉测量系统。设计了零件视觉测量系统的体系结构,采用了一种基于中值的加权滤波算法进行零件图像预处理,研究了SUSAN算子的基本原理和角点检测步骤,并提出了一种基于方相信的改进SUSAN算子和零件角点测量方法,最后通过实验验证了算法的可行性。
A components vision measurement system based on improved of SUSAN is introduced.The system structure based on machine vision is designed.The algorism of median filter is used for the image preprocess.The basic principle of SUSAN and the detection procedure of corner are researched.The improved of SUSAN and measurement of corner are proposed.The experiments demonstrate that the detection algorithms are effective.
