摘要
研究了纤维素酶和木聚糖酶对速生杨枝桠材P-RC APMP浆酶促磨浆性能的影响。实验结果表明酶预处理可以改善P-RCAPMP浆的磨浆性能和成浆质量。纤维素酶和木聚糖酶预处理纸浆打浆度提高3-11°SR,磨浆能耗明显降低。最佳酶用量为25 IU/g。与未经过酶预处理速生杨枝桠材P-RC APMP浆相比,纤维素酶预处理纸浆裂断长提高11%,撕裂指数提高13%,耐破指数提高14%,耐折度提高50%,白度提高1.2个百分点;木聚糖酶预处理纸浆裂断长略有提高,撕裂指数提高15%,耐破指数提高11%,耐折度提高75%,白度提高1.9个百分点。酶预处理可抑制纸浆返黄。纤维素酶的酶促磨浆效果好于木聚糖酶。
Effect of cellulase and xylanase on refining boosting of P-RC APMP pulp of fast-growing poplar lop wood was studied.The results showed that the refining performance and quality of P-RC APMP pulp were improved.The beating degree of treated pulp increased in range from 3°SR to 11°SR,and refining energy decreased obviously.The optimal dosages of cellulase and xylanase were 25 IU/g.Compared with unpretreated pulp,the breaking length,tearing index,bursting index,folding endurance and brightness of the pretreated pulp with cellulase increased by 11%,13%,14%,50% and 1.2% ISO respectively,and the pretreated pulp with xylanase increased by 2%,15%,12%,75% and 1.9%ISO respectively.The PC values of the pulps pretreated with cellulase and xylanas decreased.It was found the pretreatment effect of cellulase was better than that of xylanase.
