摘要
开发一种新的复杂基质样品前处理法——以弗罗里硅土为吸附材料的基质固相分散法,应用气相色谱-质谱联用选择离子扫描方法测定生姜中11种有机氯农药残留量。对固相分散剂的种类,洗脱液极性及用量进行了优化。在加标水平为0.25和2.5μg/mL时,回收率范围在84.1%~106.7%之间,相对标准偏差小于11.0%,方法的定量下限(S/N=10)在15~32μg/kg。
A method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD) extraction with florisil was developed to deter-mine 11 kinds of organochlorine pesticide in ginger.Different parameters(the type of solid phase disperser eluent and eluent volume) was optimized.The results show that the recovery rate range is 84.1%~106.7% with relative standard de-viation lower than 11.0%,the LOQ is between15~32μg/kg.It is proved that MSPD is a valid method to analyze these 11 kinds of organochlorine pesticide in ginger.
