大型精密仪器设备是进行教学、科研和开展社会服务的重要物资条件,对提高教学质量和科研水平起着重要作用。为了更好地发挥大型精密仪器设备的资源优势,我们应贯彻落实科学发展观,以实验技术人员为中心,坚持统筹兼顾,合理配置资源,实现大型精密仪器设备的可持续发展,最大限度地提高大型精密仪器设备的使用效益。
The large-scale precision instrument and equipment is important material conditions of teaching,sci-entifi c research and social services to carry out.It plays an important role to improve the quality of teaching and sci-entific research.In order to better play the advantage of Large-scale precision instrument and equipment resources,we should implement the scientific outlook on development,center on laboratory technicians,adhere to make overall consideration,allocate resources rationally,to realize sustainable development of the large-scale precision instrument and equipment,to maximize using eff iciencyt of he large-scale precision instruments and equipment.
