摘要
本研究通过对广东省特殊教育学校师资现状的调查和研究,对特殊教育学校师资数量、人才结构、职后培训与心理压力等进行了全面的分析,并且就师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议,为广东省特殊教育的发展提供依据和参考。
Through an investigation into special education teachers in Guangdong,this study makes a brief analysis of the number,structure,post-service training and the psychological pressure of the teachers.Some feasible suggestions are put forward according to the problems existing in special education schools,in order to provide some references for related departments to make policies in developing special education in Guangdong.
