摘要
为探索出适宜葛萝槭移植的最佳生长基质,以不同基质栽培的葛萝槭叶片为材料,采用生化测试的方法,对不同基质栽培的葛萝槭叶片中的PPO、POD活性及可溶性蛋白的变化进行测定分析,结果表明:处理2(主要成分为松针、菇渣、粉煤灰、羊粪)不仅有利于葛萝槭生长发育,而且有利于提高植物的抗性,为最佳基质配方。
In order to obtain the suitable culture for Acer grosseri Pax tansplantation, this paper takes Acer grosseri Pax leaves cultured in different media as material,using the ways of biochemical tests, to study the variation of PPO,POD activity and soluble protein of Acer grosseri Pax leaves. The results showed that the Treatment 2 (the major ingredients: pine needle, mushroom residure, coal ash, sheep manure) is the best matrix formula, because it was not only suitable for the Acer grosseri Pax growth and development, but also helpful to improve plant resistance .
