摘要
试验以棉秆能否用于栽培双孢蘑菇,不同类型菇房(砖砌房和简易草棚房)栽培双孢蘑菇对其产量影响为目的。采用随机区组试验设计,以棉秆做原料,麦秸为对照,设计了8个原料配方试验,在砖砌和简易草棚两种菇房中栽培双孢蘑菇。结果表明:用棉秆栽培双孢蘑菇,菌丝生长速率快,子实体生长的高峰期提前,出菇期集中,且当棉秆用量一定时,牛粪和鸡粪同时施用对双孢蘑菇产量的提高比单纯施用牛粪效果更好。棉秆和粪肥以1∶1的比例栽培双孢蘑菇,菌丝生长速度最快,生物学效率较高。棉秆是双孢蘑菇的优质栽培料且在砖砌房比简易草棚房中的产量高。
This paper studied, if cotton straw could cultivate Agarieus Bisporus, and how the yield was affected by using different mushroom houses (brick house and simple cottage house) to cultivate it. Using cotton straw as the raw material and wheat straw as the control, randomized block experiment was designed to conduct the cultivation study. Meanwhile, a compared study was carried out too, which two different material mushroom houses that brick house and sim- ple cottage house changed the degree of yield of Agaricus Bisporus. The results showed: in Agaricus Bisporus cultivation, the mycelia growth rate fasted, the peak of fruit body flush appeared sooner, and its fruiting period was shorter. When the amount of cotton straw were certain, to improve the yield of Agaricus Bisporus, joint use of cattle and chick- en manure was better than single use of cattle manure. Using the substrate in which the proportion of cotton straw and manure was 1 : 1 to cultivate Agaricus Bisporus. The mycelia grew fastest, and biological efficiency was much higher. So cotton straw was good material, and brick house could much improve the yield than simple cottage house.
