摘要
目的:研究乳腺良恶性病变细胞形态与DNA含量。方法:利用传统的Feulgen染色及计算机图像分析系统软件检测细胞形态及DNA含量。结果:a.乳腺良恶性病变之间、乳腺癌Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级之间、淋巴转移组与非转移组之间NA、CA、N/P及Pn有显著差别(P<001);b.乳腺良恶性病变之间DNA含量存在显著差别P<001;c.综合细胞形态及DNA含量参数经逐步判别分析建立综合判别式,良性病变回代率为100%,恶性肿瘤回代率9875%。结论:N/P,NA,CA及DNA含量为乳腺良恶性病变提供可靠的差别依据,NA及N/P是判别乳腺癌分级和转移的重要因素。
Objective: To study the cytomorpholgy and DNA contents in breast benign and malignant lesions. Methods: Cytomorphological parameters and DNA contents were measured by traditional Feulgen stain and image analysis. Results:a.There were existed significant differences between breast benign and malignant lesions, grade Ⅰand grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ, metastasis and nonmetastasis(P<0 01).b.There were existed obvious difference of DNA content between brease benign and malignant lesions(P<0 01).c.A discriminating formula was established combining cytomorphological parameters and DNA contents. The ratio of back substitution in benign lesion was 100% and in malignant lesion was 98.75%. Conclusion:N/P, NA, CA and DNA content are beliveable basis in discrimination of breast benign and malignant lesions.NA and N/P are important factors of grading and metastasis for breast carcinomas.
