摘要
芳烃抽提装置中环丁砜溶剂分解产生的酸(硫酸、磺酸、硫化氢、硫化物)对系统碳钢设备产生严重腐蚀。引起环丁砜溶剂分解的根本原因是系统进入了氧气、局部过热和水解等。采取系统查漏、连续添加单乙醇胺、定期清理再生系统、更换使用1Crl8Ni9Ti耐蚀材料等防护措施,可较好地控制腐蚀程度。
The acids such as sulfuric acid, sulfonic acid and sulfide decomposed form sulfolane can corrode carbon steel equipment in aromatic extraction unit severely. The decomposition is mainly caused by the leaked oxygen, local superheating and hydrolysis. The leakage inspection, continuous addition of ethanoamine, scheduled cleaning of regeneration system and application of 1Crl8NigTi material are effective measures for corrosion control.
