摘要
针对渤西油气处理厂海管出口的高含水、含蜡原油,利用微波辐射加热技术进行原油脱水实验研究。考察了微波辐射加热温度对原油脱水量、脱水速度及原油最终含水率的影响。微波加热温度对原油脱水效果有较大影响,在加热到50℃左右时有较好的脱水效果。微波辐射加热相比水浴加热,不仅脱水速度快,最终脱水量更多,而且脱出的水含油量极低,避免了含油污水的再次脱油。最后针对此种高含水、含蜡原油,详细的分析了微波辐射加热的破乳原理。研究结果证实微波辐射加热技术具有效率高、经济、环保等特点,具有良好的应用前景。
According to the problem that there have high content of water and wax in the oil exported from Boxi oil and gas processing factory,the research on oil dehydration with microwave radiation heating technology for crude oil was processed.The influence of microwave radiation heating temperature on the efficiency of dehydration of high pour-point oil was studied,and the results show that when the temperature is 50 ℃,the dehydration effect is the best.Comparing with the method using water bath heating treatment,the effect of dehydration of high pour-point oil with microwave radiation heating method is better: the dehydration rate is faster,the dehydrated volume is larger,and the oil content in the dehydrated water is much lower,and thus the second time oil separation from the oily wastewater is avoided.Finally,the demulsification mechanics of microwave radiation heating in the waxy crude oil is discussed in detail.The results confirm thatmicrowave radiation heating technology has many excellent features such as short heating time,high efficiency,being environmental friendly and so on.In the high pour-point oil dehydration area,microwave radiation has a good application prospect.
