摘要
近年来随着前列腺癌的发病率增加,前列腺癌的诊断方法不断提高,目前前列腺癌的诊断主要以前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)为主要依据,受生活习惯,前列腺炎,良性前列腺增生的发病率不断增加,检验方法改进的影响,PSA的参考有待进一步研究。本文对以上提出PSA与前列腺癌的诊断做一综述。
