慢性氟中毒所致脑损伤研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 慢性氟中毒对脑损伤的影响已成为当前国际氟研究中较为热门的研究问题。临床上肯定了地方性氟中毒(简称地氟病)患者有头痛、头晕、记忆力减退等中枢神经系统功能障碍症状,而实验性氟中毒动物表现有震颤、紧张、麻痹等神经毒性作用的改变。实验研究证实,过多的氟可通过血脑屏障而蓄积在脑组织.引起脑组织出现形态、代谢和功能的改变。
