摘要
以某型号连接盘为例,研究了使用Pro/E软件进行从零件、铸件到铸造模具的设计过程。阐述了产品开发中零件的建模应兼顾制造时的各种工艺建模,其中详述了为使铸件及铸造模具的设计顺利进行,零件和铸件三维建模过程应遵循的一定顺序及一些技巧。铸造模具建模前先建工艺模型,对型芯头、起模斜度等工艺措施在工艺模型中给予建立,然后用工艺模型将型芯和外模分拆出来,可减少分别建模时可能出现的失误,提高模具的精度,缩短产品的市场化周期。
Taking a coupling flange as an example,we described design processes from parts,castings to casting mould on the basis of the Pro/E software.The part modeling should take various processing modelings into account during product design,especially a certain sequence and some kills followed in the parts and three-dimensional modeling process in order to ensure the design of the castings and casting mould smoothly.Processing model should be firstly constructed before modeling the casting mould,in which some technological parameters such as core print and drafting angle are set.Then process model was used to separate the outer mould from the core print,which could decrease the potential errors during individual modeling,improving the precision of the mould and shortening the market period of the product.
