摘要
为了研究某四缸柴油发动机机体结构的动力学特性,建立了机体的三维有限元模型,运用ANSYS有限元软件对其进行了模态分析.为了验证有限元数值计算的合理性,根据实验模态分析理论,对自由状态下的发动机机体进行了模态测试.测试结果和有限元计算结果一致,说明计算方法正确、合理,所建有限元模型具有较高的精度,有效反映了机体的振动特性,该实验方法具有工程指导和应用价值.
3D FEM (finite element method) modal simulation and analysis of four-cylinder diesel engine block have been carried out using ANSYS for studying its dynamical characteristic. To validate the FEM results, modal parameters of the engine block under free conditions are tested based on the theory of modal analysis. The FEM results are in good agreement with those from test measurements. The comparison demonstrates that the FEM can model the engineer vibration effectively and accurately and the test method is advisable to the engineering application.
