摘要 本文利用Fluent软件对高水头贯流式水轮机进行三维造型设计和流场解析,揭示各个过流部件的流动情况,检验导叶设计理论的合理性,根据流场分析对固定导叶的设计提出新的设计方法。 A new type of turbine, named Straflo-Francis tubine, possesses the advantages of both Francis turbine and Straflo turbine, which are widely used at present in compact structure, small volume, low cost and steady operation. It is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance, and has good hydraulic and cavitation performance. This new turbine will be the mainstream prod- uct in future and is worthy of being further studied, popularized and used. In this paper, 3-D modeling design and complete flow analysis of high head Straflo turbine are conducted by using software Fluent. And the flow complexion of each component is exhibited. The results obtained show that the theoretical design of the guide is reasonable. It provides theoretical basis for the design of the impeller. Based on flow analysis, a new design method is offered for fixation guide.
