摘要
应用均匀试验设计方法对注塑件翘曲工艺参数进行试验设计,运用Moldflow模拟分析,以熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间和保压压力作为设计变量,建立翘曲变形回归方程进行工艺参数优化,对优化结果进行详细分析。结果表明:均匀试验设计法能使试验点在试验范围内均匀分布,有效减少试验次数,获得较好的优化结果。
The uniform design of experiment is applied to optimize processing parameters of infection parts warpage. Simulation analysis with Moldfiow software, taking melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and packing pressure as design variables, a regression equation was established, which can optimize processing parameters, result of influence factor are analyzed. The detail analysis of optimized results show that uniform design of experiment(UDE) can make the test points even distribution within the experiment scope, reduce experiment times effectively and obtain better optimized result.
