摘要
采用复相凝聚法制备柠檬油香精微胶囊,并分析各工艺因素对微胶囊品质的影响。结果表明,壁材的质量分数为2.5%,温度在40~45 ℃之间,pH值为4.3,壁材与芯材的质量比为2.2:1时,有利于微胶囊的生成,且得到微胶囊品质较好。
ased on the method of re agglomeration, Limonene microcapsule was prepared and the factors affecting its quality was analyzed. The result showed the optimal conditions of forming micro structure capsule was as followed: content of wall material=2.5%, reaction temptation =40~45 ℃, pH=4.3, the ratio of heart and wall material mass = 1∶2.2.
