HDPE/PP的热导率和热扩散率

Thermal Conductivity and Diffusivity of HDPE/PP Blends

摘要 采用瞬态平面热源(TPS)技术,研究了不同共混比例的HDPE和PP共混物在不同注射工艺条件下的热导率和热扩散率。研究表明,室温下HDPE/PP共混物的热导率受注射工艺条件的影响较小,主要与共混比例有关,且随着HDPE的含量的增长基本呈线性增长关系;HDPE/PP共混物的热扩散率受注射工艺条件的影响较大,但在设定范围内可忽略其影响。 Using transient plane source technique(TPS), high density polyethylene(HDPE) and isotactic polypropylene(PP) were melt blended in the following percentage of HDPE by weight: 0,20,40,50,60,80,100. The thermal conductivity and diffusivity of HDPE/PP blends were investigated. It was found that the properties are intimately related to each other. The thermal conductivity and diffusivity changed in linear relationship with HDPE content, the properties of HDPE and PP in the blends were found to depend on the morphology of the blends.
