摘要
探讨了以吸油树脂为载体来吸附石蜡等相变物质,制备储能和节能材料。采用悬浮聚合法,探讨了丙烯酸酯系高吸油树脂合成工艺;用光学显微镜观察了吸油树脂吸油前后树脂的形态变化;利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了吸附相变材料石蜡后,树脂的贮放热性能。结果表明,所制得吸油树脂对石蜡的最大吸附量可达5.75 g/g,其相变焓为96 J/g,具有较高的贮热潜力。
The oil absorbing resin was used as a carrier for adsorption of phase change material such as paraffin to prepare energy storage and energy saving materials. Suspension polymerization was adopted to develop a high oil absorbing resin of acrylic series. Optical microscope was used to observe the morphology before and after the oil absorbing, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to measure the thermal storage and liberation properties of the resin after adsorbed phase change material paraffin. The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of paraffin on oil absorbing resin could up to 5.75 g/g, and the phase transition enthalpy was 96 J/g.
