路面面层用多孔水泥混凝土力学性能试验 被引量:15

Experiment on Mechanical Performances of Porous Cement Concrete Applied to Surface Layer of Highway Pavement

摘要 基于大量室内试验,系统分析了多孔混凝土抗压强度随龄期变化的规律,抗压强度与抗折强度、抗折弹性模量的相关性及其疲劳性能,建立了相关数学模型;基于多孔混凝土组成材料和内部结构特点,研究其尺寸效应并给出抗压强度试验时不同尺寸试件的换算系数;探讨了多孔混凝土与普通混凝土的层间粘结性能及面层多孔混凝土的浇注时机与层间处理方式。结果表明:双参数威布尔分布可描述多孔混凝土弯拉疲劳寿命;多孔混凝土尺寸效应显著,经有效面积修正后有所下降。建议施工时底层混凝土浇注完后表面无须收光抹平,初凝完成时浇注面层多孔混凝土。 Based on a large numuber of indoor tests, the development law of compressive strength with age, the relations between compressive strength and bending strength, bending elastic modulus, as well as the fatigue property of porous concrete were studied in detail. The related mathematical models were established. In view of characteristics of special constituent materials and internal structure of porous concrete, the size effect was investigated and the size conversion factors in different compressive strength tests were also given. Moreover, the interface bonding capacity between porous concrete and ordinary concrete was discussed to determine the optimal cast time of surface layer porous concrete and its interface treatment measures. Results show that two-parameter Weibull function can be adopted to describe the bending fatigue life of porous concrete; porous concrete has more obvious size effect, which drops when it amended by effective area. It is suggested that the surface layer porous conrete should be casted on the initial set. Surface of bottom-layer concrete is no necessary to make smooth after casting.
