摘要
目的探讨中医和维医不同方法炮制的巴豆制品的质量和LD50的差异。方法测定生巴豆及中维医巴豆炮制品的脂肪油含量、水分、灰分、过筛率以及毒理学指标LD50。结果生巴豆、中维医巴豆炮制品的水分、灰分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂肪油含量从大至小依次为生巴豆、维医炮制品、中医炮制品。LD50分别为0.68、1.82、0.90g/kg。线性相关分析表明,巴豆的毒性与脂肪油含量呈正相关。结论生巴豆和中维医炮制品的指标测定结果符合药典规定,中维医炮制品之间有差异。
Objective To disscuss the differences between the quality and LD50 of processed croton using Uygur medicine's and Traditional Chinese Medicine's method. Methods The standard was the content of fatty oil, moisture, ash, the rate of cribration and LD50. Results There was a difference between the re sults of unprocessed croton and the two kinds of processed croton's moisture, ash (P d0.05) ; The results of fatty oil max to min was unprocessed croton, processed croton using Uygur medicine's method, processed croton using Traditional Chinese Medicine's method;LD50 was 0.68, 1.82, 0.90 g/kg respectively. Linearity connection indicated that croton's toxicity was directly proportional to fatty oil content. Conclusion The result of unprocessed croton and processed croton according to the regulation of pharmacopoeia, but the difference existed between the two kinds of processed croton.
