温光型两系杂交小麦醇溶蛋白的电泳分析 被引量:1

摘要 运用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(A-PAGE)对两系杂交小麦不育系,恢复系及其杂交组合F1种子醇溶蛋白进行电泳分析,结果表明:(1)温光型不育材料C49S的电泳谱带与恢复系材料有明显差异,不育系之间谱带非常相似;(2)杂交F1谱带主要表现为互补型和偏母本型,互补型的杂种优势较强,偏母本型的优势较弱,电泳分析结果与育种研究和田间资料相符。因此,种子蛋白电泳技术不仅可以鉴定亲缘关系、判断杂种真伪,而且可以作为预测杂种优势强弱的一种重要手段,提高杂交小麦的选育效率。 Acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A PAGE) was used to analyse the gliadin for GMS wheat seed of sterile line,restorer line and their F1 hybrids.The results indicated that:(1)the bands of thermo photo sensitive genic male sterility line C49s are obviously different from those of restorer line,and the bands from sterile lines were much similiar.(2)The band patterns of hybrid F1 mainly display complementary those of the two parents and a tendency toward the maternal type.The hybrid with patterns of complementary band exhibited strong dominancy in their economic yield,and the hybrids with patterns of the isomaternal bands showed weak dominancy in yield.The outcome of electrophoresis analysis is in accord with the study on breeding and the field information.Therefore,the gliadin cannot only identify predestined relationship,but also judge verily or fake of combination.So far,electrophoresis analysis technique of gliadin is an important instrument to forecast the bybrid heterosis and to improve the efficiency of hybrid wheat breeding.
