摘要
目的:了解HBeAg阴性乙型肝炎患者的HBV复制情况。方法:应用荧光定量PCR方法检测HBV-DNA,ELISA法检测乙肝病毒血清标志物(HBV-M)。结果:HBeAg阴性乙肝患者HBV-DNA阳性率为49.6%。结论:HBeAg阴性乙肝患者中仍有部分患者存在乙肝病毒颗粒。
Objective：To realize the copy situation of HBV in patients with hepatitis B and HBeAg negative.Methods：The HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR.The HBV M was detected by ELISA.Results：The positive rate of the HBV-DNA of patients with hepatitis B and HBeAg negative was 49.6%.Conclusion：Part of patients with hepatitis B and HBeAg negative have still virus granules of HBV.
