摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病重要的微血管并发症之一,可导致患者发生严重的感觉缺失、疼痛、难愈溃疡等,给患者造成巨大的痛苦,临床上尚无特效性药物及疗法。目前中医多治以益气养阴、活血化瘀或滋补肝肾、清热利湿,然而临床存在一些素体阳虚或病久阴损及阳,患者经上述治疗后收效甚微,故现将高天舒教授论治阳虚痰瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的经验加以整理,为中医药更好的防治DPN提供帮助。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） is a major microvascular complication of diabetes which can result in severe anesthesia, pain, obstinate ulcer and so on. These cause great pain for patients and there is no especially effective medicine or clinical treatment yet. Today TCM commonly use the therapy of tonifying qi and yin and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, or invigoration liver and kidney and clearing heat and promoting diuresis. However for the ones who are of yang deficiency body or yin deficiency affects yang after a long term disease the effect is not obvious. In this case, author of this article generalized the clinical experience of Professor GAO Tian-shu which is about treating the yang deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome of DPN. This also provides support for better prevention and treatment of DPN with TCM.
