上皮-间质转化在肿瘤侵袭转移中作用的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是指具有极性的上皮细胞转化成具有活动能力的间质细胞的过程,在胚胎发生与器官发育、肿瘤形成和转移以及组织纤维化等生理病理过程中均有表现。EMT的发生涉及多种信号转导通路,与诱导因子、转录因子及微环境等有关。研究表明,EMT参与肿瘤的发生与发展,在促进肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用。文中综合目前研究进展,就EMT在肿瘤侵袭转移中的作用及其分子机制作一综述。 Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) is a process that epithelial cell layers lose polarity and acquire expression of mesenchymal components.It exists in many physiological and pathological processes,such as in the development of embryo and organ,in the formation and metastasis of tumor,and in the process of fibrosis.The process of EMT involves a number of signal transduction pathways,and is related to growth factors,transcription factors,micro-environment,etc.EMT plays an important role in the development of tumor,especially in the process of tumor invasion and metastasis.This review summarizes the current progress in the research field of EMT and the role of EMT in tumor invasion and metastasis.
