摘要
首先介绍了单车承载光电跟踪设备的必要性,然后根据设计要求,确定副车架的材料(12Mn)和副车架梁的截面形状(槽钢),再根据以往的经验和减振性能的要求,设计出副车架。建立有限元模型,在三维仿真软件(MSC.PAT-RAN)中对模型进行应力及振动分析,检验副车架的力学性能及减振性能。最后通过实验检验副车架的力学性能及减振性能。
The necessity for bearing the weight of optoelectron- ics tracking device by single vehicle was firstly introduced. And then in line with the requirements of design to ascertain the material (12Mn) of sub-frame and the cross section shape (channel iron) of sub-frame beam. And then on the basis of former experience and de- mand of vibration damping property the sub-frame was designed. The finite element model was build, utilizing the 3D simulation software (NSC, PATRAN) , stress analysis and vibration analysis were carried out on the model, and the mechanics property of sub-frame and its vibration damping capability were verified. Finally the mechanics property and vibration damping capability were tested by means of experiment.
