摘要
平板电视在运输和仓储过程中,由于受到外力作用,对其产生冲击,会影响电视的安全寿命。建立平板电视缓冲包装动力学模型,分析其受力规律,对缓冲包装设计有一定的指导意义。本文利用拉格朗日方程建立系统的二自由度振动微分方程,并采用模态分析的方法求解系统的振动微分方程,分析研究产品受外界垂直激振力作用时的动态响应。
In the process of transportation and storage, the safety life of flat -panel TVs may be affected due to the impact arising from the external forces, therefore the dynamics model of flat - panel TV's cushioning packaging was established to analyze its force law, which had certain guidance for cushioning packaging design. The system's vibration differential equation with two degrees of freedom was set up using Lagrangian theory, meanwhile, the modal analysis method was used to solve the system's vibration differential equation and analyze the dynamic response when products were affected by external vertical exciting forces.
