荧光定量PCR监测烟草GSHI在不同温度的变化 被引量:1

摘要 实验利用荧光定量PCR技术对烟草在不同温度下GSHI(谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶)的表达情况进行了监测。结果表明,在4℃较长时间处理中,GSHI的表达量明显提高,而在40℃高温时其表达则明显受到抑制,此结果不同于以前提出的拟南芥GSHI在40℃时仍为诱导表达温度的结果。4℃条件下,烟草中GSHI转录水平同拟南芥GSHI的转录水平趋势一致,能够观察到明显提高。 The GSHI ( γ - glutamylcysteine synthetase) expression of tobacco under different temperatures was detected by real - time PCR. The results showed that the expression amount of GSHI increased obviously after long time treatment at 4℃, whereas its expression was significantly inhibited at 40℃. This result was different from previously proposed conclusion that the GSHI expression of Arabidopsis thaliana still maintained at 40℃. The GSHI transcription level of tobacco was significantly improved, similar to that of Arabidopsis thaliana.
