摘要
以草莓不同时期花蕾的花粉为试材,在不同培养时间调查花粉发芽率,以确定最佳观察材料和时间,并对11个不同品种的花粉生活力进行了调查。结果表明,大蕾的花朵为最佳试验材料,在培养基(10%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸+4 g.L-1琼脂粉)25℃下培养2.5 h后,基本达到最大花粉发芽率,可以进行花粉发芽率的调查。不同品种的花粉萌发率存在显著差异,其中野莓的花粉萌发率最高,丰香的花粉萌发率最低。
The pollen viabilities of 11 strawberry cultivars were studied with the solid culture medium method. The effects of different culture time and floral development stage were studied. The results showed that the pollen germinating percentage reached the highest after incubated for 2.5 h on the media supple- mented with 10% sucrose, 0.1% boric acid and 4 g·L-1 agar. The pollen viabilities of different cultivars were significantly different. The pollen viability of mixed berry was the best of all, and Fengxiang was the lowest.
