摘要 【目的】对乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊地区分布的蒙古韭生长发育过程中相应时期相关因子的变化进行研究,旨在为蒙古韭的驯化栽培和育种提供相关依据。【方法】以乌鲁木齐市乌拉泊地区分布的蒙古韭为实验材料,研究了生长发育过程中可溶性糖、淀粉、还原糖及蛋白质含量的变化。【结果】蒙古韭从返青期到抽薹期可溶性糖和淀粉的变化趋势较为接近,整个生育期呈下降趋势,并且在不同时期呈现规律的波动变化;还原糖总体含量变化不大,但在生长发育期间呈现升-降-升-降的波动变化,并且在抽薹期达最大值;蛋白质含量总体呈现递减趋势。【结论】由此认为,蒙古韭在野生条件下其生长发育除受自身基因控制外,受环境影响也较大,并且在整个生育期不需要旺盛蛋白质代谢。 [ Objective]To provide relative evidence for the domesticate and breeding of Allium mongolicum Regel distributing in Wulabai, Urumqi, the changes of quality - related factors during growth and development of A. mongolicurn Regel were studied at present research. [ Method] A. mongolicum Regel distributing in Wulabai, Urumqi was adopted in the experiment material, the content changing of soluble sugar, starch, reducing sugar and soluble protein were measured during growth and development. [ Result] The results indicated that A. mongolicurn Regel's amounts of soluble sugar and starch from resume growth to peduncle - growing period showed a similarity. The contents were steadily declined during growth and development, and it showed regular changes in the different period; There was little change in the content of reducing sugar, but it showed great changes during growth and development, maximum in peduncle- growing period; the content of protein was steadily declined. [ Conclusion] Thus, A. rnongolicum Regal not only was controlled by its gene, but also was controlled by environment of wild condition during growth and development, it didn't need large metabolizable protein.
