摘要
从文化的多重涵义辩析文化之先进与落后之分的判定标准、文化民生以及文化的科学发展四个关键问题的分析,对贵州的文化建设作了深层次的思考。
This paper is to provide some deep thoughts on the cultural constructions in Guizhou Province on the basis of analysing four key issues, namely ： discussions of varied meanings of culture, the criteria for advanced and backward cultures, relationships between culture and people＇s life, and the scientific development of culture.
