摘要
采用一次性胸腔注射法,研究了乳酸诺氟沙星对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性的影响。结果显示:随着试验时间的延长,草鱼肝脏CAT、AKP酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,CAT酶活性在注射后的第5天升至最大值,注射后的第20天降至最小值,AKP活性在注射后的第10天升至最大值,注射后的第20天降至最小值;随着注射剂量的不断加大,CAT、AKP酶活性值也出现先升后降的过程,注射浓度为150 mg/kg时酶活性值最大。GOT酶活性随注射浓度增大呈降低趋势,注射后第5天,浓度为100 mg/kg时酶活性与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),各试验组随时间延长差异不显著(P>0.05)。GPT活性随注射浓度增大以及时间延长其差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明给药浓度为50~100 mg/kg时,既能使药效最好而又不会对肝脏产生明显的损伤。
The effects of Norfloxacin Lactate on the activities of CAT, AKP, GOT and GPT in the liver of grass carp (Ctenopharyngoclon idellus) were measured under one-tlme chest injection. The results showed that the value of CAT and AKP increased first and decreased afterwards. The maximal and minimum value of CAT appearanced on the fifth and twentieth day after injection, respectively. And AKP expressed the maximal and minimum value on the tenth and twentieth day, respectively. The maximal value of CAT and AKP was observed when the injection dosage was 150 mg/kg. The activities of GOT declined as the injection dose increased. There was a statistical significant difference with control group when the drug concentration was 100 mg/kg on the fifth day after injection. There was, however, no statistical significant difference among test group as the experiment last, It was the same with the activities of GPT. It was indicated that it might be make the best drug effect, and couldn't result in apparent injury in the liver when the drug dosage was 50 - 100 mg/kg.
