摘要
目的:观察健中愈疡片对乙酸致大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤血小板活化因子(PAF)及血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF-A)的表达情况,并分析其可能的作用机制。方法:SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,给药,灌胃1周后采用改良后Okabe乙酸涂抹法造模,分别以造模后7 h及7 d后观察各组大鼠的胃粘膜损伤情况并计算其溃疡损伤指数,并取胃溃疡组织,用免疫组织化学反应法,定量测定其中的PAF与PDGF-A,光镜下观察其表达情况。结果:健中愈疡片能够降低乙酸致溃疡大鼠的溃疡指数,乙酸致大鼠溃疡模型中的PAF及PDGF-A在溃疡组织中的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:以健中愈疡片为代表的健脾益气方药对胃粘膜损伤具有肯定的保护和修复作用,具有良好的临床推广应用价值。
Objective： To observe the expression of the platelet activation factor（PAF） and the platelet derivation growth factor （ PDGF - A） of the acute gastric mueosa damage due to the ethanoic acid by Jianzhong Yuyang Tablet, and to analyze its possible function mechanism. Method ： 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. One week after the gastric perfusion of drugs, the smudging method of the improved Okabe ethanoic acid was used to make the model rats. The gastric mucosa damage of each group was observed and its ulcer damage index was calculated 7 h and 7 d after the model - making. The immunity histoehemistry was used to determine quantitatively PAF and PDGF - A of the gastric ulcer organization, its expression was observed under the light microscope. Result： Jianzhong Yuyang Tablet Could reduce the ulcer index of the ulcer model rats clue to ethanoic acid, there was no obvious difference （ P 〉 0.05） between the expression of PAF and PDGF - A of the ulcer tissues. Conclusion ： Jianpi Yiqi Prescription represented by Jianzhong Yuyang Tablet has the affirmative protecting and repairing function to the gastric mucosa damage, and has a good clinical application value.
