摘要
目的:建立分离芦荟中蒽衍生物的方法;体外检测蒽衍生物杀伤肿瘤细胞的活性。方法:用乙醚萃取,弃水相,蒸干乙醚,凝胶层析柱分离得蒽衍生物。应用结晶紫染色法,以L929、GM803、MethA、Y99为靶细胞测蒽衍生物的杀伤活性。结果:蒽衍生物具有高效杀伤肿瘤细胞的能力,在0.3μg/ml浓度下对L929细胞杀伤活性(CT值)仍达50%以上。
Objective:We were to establish a method for separating anthracene derivatives from aloe and to investigate their anticancerous activity in vitro. Methods:We applied ether extraction and gel chromatography to separate anthracene derivatives from aloe. GM 803 ,Y 99 , L 929 , and Meth A tumor cell lines were used as target cells to investigate anticancerous activity of anthracene derivatives. Results:The anthracene derivatives were highly effective in killing tumor cells. Their cytotoxic rate (CT) was over 50% for both L 929 and Y 99 cell lines even at a concentration of 0.3 μg/ml. Conclusions:The method for separating anthracene derivatives from aloe was simple and stable. The anthracene derivatives were strongly cytotoxic for both animal and human tumor cells.
