摘要
目的:研究孔源性视网膜脱离患者的黄斑功能。方法:采用Humphrey自动视野分析仪(855型)对孔源性视网膜脱离患者(RRD)30例30眼进行黄斑区5°光敏感度(MLS)测定。结果:RRD患者MLS明显低于对照组和对侧眼,仅相当于对照组的30%,视网膜复位后也仅相当于正常人的43%。RRD患者病程>1个月、高度近视、多孔网脱、脱离范围≥Ⅱ个象限和裂孔位于赤道后,或伴有黄斑部脱离者MLS下降更为明显,多呈不可逆性下降,术后黄斑功能恢复不佳。结论:RRD患者MLS明显低于正常人,其下降程度与年龄、病程、裂孔数目及位置、视网膜脱离范围等有关。
Objective: This paper was to study the macular function in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal datachment (RRD). Method: We measurred the central 5 degree macular light sensitivity (MLS) in 30 eyes by Humphrey Field Analyzer. Results: The MLS in RRD eyes was only equal to 30% of that in the normal or in the opposite eyes, and could reach 43% of the normal after retinal attachment. When RRD patients underwent a course more than one month, were hypermyopia, suffered multiple tears with detachment, the range of RRD was beyond two quarters, the tears were located behind the equator, or RRD was associated with the macular detachment, the decline of MLS was much more obvious and often irreversible. The restoration of macular function was poor after operation. Conclusions: The MLS in the patients with RRD was much lower than that in the normal. The decrease of the MLS was related to the age, the length of clinical course, the number and the location of the tears, and the range of the detachment.
